Kelly’s Salvadoran and Guatemalan roots inspired her love of food from an early age. Raised in a military family, she was fortunate to travel and experience a variety of cuisines and cultures which can be seen in her food.
Kelly graduated from The French Culinary Institute in 2007 and fully immersed herself in NJ/NYC restaurants. She honed her skills in farm-to-table cuisine and southern soul food. Her experience has enabled her to thrive as a private chef, caterer, and instructor.
When she isn’t in the kitchen, she can be found traveling with her daughter…forcing her to try new foods!
